Computing and e-research in history; the history of racial science and physical anthropology; scientific uses of Indigenous human remains in Australia and the Pacific; eighteenth-century Pacific history; the historical thought of Edward Gibbon (1737-1794).
Current Research Projects:
Digital content management and publication systems for history and heritage research; the theft, scientific use and repatriation of Indigenous Australian ancestral bodily remains, 1770 - 1920.
