Rachel Nolan was Member for Ipswich in the Queensland Parliament from 2001 to 2012 and served as Minister for Transport, Finance, Natural Resources and the Arts. She also served during this time as a Member of the University of Queensland Senate and the board of The Brisbane Institute.
She now writes and serves as a director of a number of organisations.
